Two routes to monster access
Tournament Mode
Settings → Tournament → Custom Battle. The Switch 2 report offers every monster and stage locally, while online and progression are unavailable.

Rumor → available Project → select current Project → eligible match → reward. Includes the RP, XP and mode checks that keep progress on the right track.
