Before you choose
Playing with a friend?
Plan around the same platform: Nov 2 reviews report no cross-platform multiplayer. Console stores list up to four locally but two online. Check multiplayer and membership requirements.
Buying for an older console?
Do not treat “Switch” as Switch 1 or a PS5 listing as PS4 support. The platform table links the exact stores.
Comparing a PC?
Check GPU VRAM and the unusually high listed RAM as well as CPU. The minimum and recommended table is a compatibility check, not a promised frame rate.
Remembering the 2002 unlock order?
The remaster has a research system. See what returning players should do differently before repeating an old route.
